Things happen to me, I write about them. Sometimes it's sweet, usually it's snarky. This blog is the true story of what happens when two adults and a bad beagle live in a house with two toddler boys. Take the whole bunch and transplant them in Georgia. Think you can handle all that suspense and excitement? Join us. Never teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time and annoys the pig.

Sierra looks so pathetic in the bath. Luckily we have a shower with a hose, so that makes for an easier bathing session. We use a product called Cloud Star. They are a local company here in San Luis Obispo, but they sell their dog grooming shampoos and rinses online and in stores like Trader Joes. Check them out at www.cloudstar.com. The products leave Sierra's fur really soft and good-smelling, too!
After the bath, Sierra loves to race around the house at warp-speed and rub her clean, wet body all over the carpet, as if she's trying to get her stank back on. As for nail clipping, we have to take her to Petco and have her harnessed up. There is no way she'll let us get near her talon-like claws with clippers. I haven't brushed her teeth. We are told the bully sticks keep her teeth clean, kinda like flossing. And we give her parsley and mint flavored treats.
